Road Map to ESG

Host: Katherine Neebe, Chief Sustainability Officer | Duke Energy

Date: 2-3 p.m. ET (11 a.m. – noon PT) on Monday, Feb. 21

So, your organization has ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals – and they want to hit them soon. But for many sustainability and energy leaders, that begs the questions: “Where do I go from here? And how are my peers overcoming similar challenges when implementing their ESG strategies?”

In this Feb. 21 open discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your road map to ESG with a small group of your energy and sustainability peers. Hosted by Katherine Neebe (Duke Energy’s chief sustainability officer), you’ll spend an hour talking with your peers about:

  • The best resources for your ESG journey
  • The challenge of balancing ESG priorities with other business objectives
  • Materiality: To whom does your company matter, and what matters to your company?
  • ESG issues and trends

Meet Your Host: Katherine Neebe serves as vice president of national engagement and strategy and chief sustainability officer for Duke Energy. She also serves as president of the Duke Energy Foundation. In these capacities, she leads Duke Energy’s stakeholder engagement efforts to develop solutions to meet customer needs for continued reliable and affordable energy – while simultaneously working to achieve the company’s goal of net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.
